1. Service Description
1.1 Violin ELF provides you with services including but not limited to the following:
1.1.1 Liyuexingzhi website: www.liyuexingzhi.com
1.1.2 All terminal client products directly owned or operated by Violin ELF include but are not limited to PCs, tablets, mobile phones, etc.;
1.1.3 The servers and network storage spaces directly owned or operated by Violin ELF;
1.1.4 Various value-added services provided to you by Violin ELF;
1.1.5 Other technologies and/or services provided by Violin ELF are subject to what Violin ELF actually provides.
1.2 The services provided by Violin ELF are limited to use on the platforms mentioned in 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 above (hereinafter referred to as the “Violin ELF Platform”). The separation of the Violin ELF platform does not belong to the services provided by Violin ELF as stipulated in this agreement. All consequences arising therefrom shall be the responsibility of the perpetrator, and Violin ELF will reserve the right to investigate the perpetrator's legal responsibility according to law. The services provided by Violin ELF are only for non-commercial use by users, and users shall not use the services provided by Violin ELF for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Violin ELF.
1.3 The official method announced by Violin ELF is the only legal way to register, log in, download the client (including but not limited to the iOS smart platform), and use Violin ELF services. Services (including but not limited to accounts, client downloads, etc.) are all illegal gains, and Violin ELF does not recognize its validity, and once discovered, Violin ELF has the right to delete, clear, title, etc. immediately. Any adverse consequences shall be borne by the user. Please keep your account and password properly, strengthen password security, and beware of account leakage or theft. Violin ELF shall not be liable for compensation for any loss caused by the disclosure or theft of the user account.
1.4 Violin ELF has the right to announce to users in advance (including but not limited to pop-up announcements, website homepage announcements, and system messages) to modify, replace, and upgrade any software related to Violin ELF services. If the user does not agree or accept the modification, replacement and upgrade of the related software of Violin ELF, please directly refuse, stop or cancel the use behavior, otherwise it is deemed that the user agrees and accepts the modification, replacement and upgrade of the related software of Violin ELF. Acceptance remains subject to this Agreement.
1.5 The term "users" in this agreement includes users who have registered and obtained a Violin ELF account (hereinafter referred to as "registered users") and users who have not registered and obtained a Violin ELF account (hereinafter referred to as "non-registered users"). Any user who does not register with the products and/or services of Violin ELF will automatically become a "non-registered user" of Violin ELF when downloading or installing Violin ELF's products and/or using Violin ELF's services.
2. Register an account
2.1 Some of the services of Violin ELF are only provided to registered users. Please first register as a registered user according to the rules and procedures indicated in this agreement and other Violin ELF rules, and ensure the authenticity, correctness and integrity of the registration information. If the above registration information occurs changes, you should make changes in time.
2.2 You shall take full responsibility for all actions under the registered Violin ELF account (hereinafter referred to as "account"), and shall not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of any subject including but not limited to Violin ELF.
2.3 You understand and agree that you only have the right to use the account and the services provided by Violin ELF under the account, and the ownership of the account and service belongs to Violin ELF (except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations). You may not dispose of the right to use your account in any form (including but not limited to gift, loan, transfer, sale, mortgage, inheritance, and permission for others to use it) without the written consent of Violin ELF. If Violin ELF finds out or has reasonable reasons to believe that the user is not the initial registrant of the account, Violin ELF has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to the registered account and cancel the account without notifying you.
2.4 You shall properly keep account information, account password and other account-related information and materials. If account information, data, data changes, loss or property damage is caused due to your reasons, you should immediately notify Violin ELF and bear the relevant legal consequences.
2.5 You agree and undertake to:
2.5.1 When your account number or password is used without authorization, or any security problem occurs, you will immediately and effectively notify Violin ELF;
2.5.2 You agree to accept the notification information and other relevant information sent to you by Violin ELF through email, client, web page or other legal means.
2.6 You agree and undertake not to engage in the following acts:
2.6.1 Use other people's information to register a Violin ELF account for yourself;
2.6.2 Register a Violin ELF account in the name of another person without the legal authorization of others;
2.6.3 Using the same identity authentication information to register multiple Violin ELF accounts (including the situation where the actual controller of multiple Violin ELF accounts is determined to be the same person after audit by Violin ELF)
2.6.4 Stealing or embezzling other people's Violin ELF account;
2.6.5 Use words that violate the law, morality, public order and good morals such as insulting, slandering, pornographic, political, etc. to register the Violin ELF account;
2.6.6 Malicious use of website loopholes through legitimate or illegitimate means for the purpose of illegally occupying the relevant service resources of Violin ELF;
2.6.7 Other content that violates the legitimate rights and interests of others.
2.7 You understand and agree that Violin ELF has the right to prohibit registration and/or ban the users who violate the above terms.
2.8 You understand and know that you can use your account to log in to all the products under the Violin ELF system provided by Violin ELF.
2.9 You understand and agree that Violin ELF has the right to decide to withdraw the right to use the account to the fullest extent permitted by law, without further notice to the user and without the user's consent.
3. Rules of use

3.1.8 Other laws, regulations, rules, ordinances with legal effect.
3.2 Users are not allowed to issue any words that carry the brand of "Violin ELF", such as "cooperating with Violin ELF", "co-produced with Violin ELF" through any channel or media (including but not limited to self-media, etc.), if the user needs to promote cooperation programs , the user can only mention the program itself in the publicity and shall not mention the relationship with Violin ELF or promote it with the Violin ELF brand without authorization. All publicity manuscripts with " Violin ELF " in the user's publication must pass through the corresponding cooperation department of Violin ELF. Written consent, otherwise the user shall compensate for all losses caused to Violin ELF.

Unless otherwise stated, Violin ELF cannot control the services of third-party websites, and Violin ELF does not assume any responsibility for the loss or damage caused by the use or reliance on the above-mentioned websites or resources. 5. Intellectual property
5.1 Protected by the International Copyright Convention, the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, the Patent Law, and other intellectual property laws and regulations, all intellectual property rights of the Violin ELF service and the software, technology, trademarks, materials, etc. used in this service belong to Violin ELF. All and enjoy. "Intellectual Property Rights" includes any and all rights, titles and interests, and any and all applications, updates, extensions, and restorations thereof, provided in Patent Law, Copyright Law, Trademark Law, Anti-Unfair Competition Law, and other laws.
5.2 The user shall not modify, adapt, translate the software, technology, materials, etc. used by the Violin ELF service, or create derivative works related to it, and shall not obtain its source code through reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly or other similar acts. Otherwise, all legal consequences arising therefrom shall be the responsibility of the user, and Violin ELF will investigate the legal responsibility of the breaching party according to law.
5.3 Users shall not maliciously modify, copy, or disseminate the software, technology, materials, etc. Otherwise, the user shall bear the damage caused to others, or cause damage to the image of the company, and shall bear the corresponding legal responsibility.
5.4 Users are not allowed to delete, cover up or change the copyright statement, trademark or other rights statement of Violin ELF without authorization. All design patterns and other designs, product and service names of the Violin ELF platform are trademarks and logos owned by Violin ELF. No one may use, copy or otherwise use it.
5.5 Violin ELF enjoys complete intellectual property rights to its self-made content and other exclusive content obtained through authorization. Without the permission of Violin ELF, no unit or individual may reprint, disseminate and provide viewing services without permission, or conduct other acts that infringe Violin ELF's intellectual property rights. Otherwise, Violin ELF will pursue the legal responsibility of the infringer.
5.6 The intellectual property rights owned and enjoyed by Violin ELF will not be transferred due to any user's use behavior.
6. Disclaimer
6.1 Violin ELF does not guarantee the following matters (including but not limited to):
6.1.1 Although the website, client and other software provided by Violin ELF have been tested by Violin ELF, due to the limitations of the technology itself, Violin ELF cannot guarantee that it is fully compatible with other software, hardware and systems. If there is any incompatibility, the user can report the situation to Violin ELF for technical support. If the problem cannot be solved, the user can choose to uninstall or stop using the Violin ELF service.
6.1.2 The use of Violin ELF services involves Internet services and may be affected by unstable factors in various links. Due to force majeure, hacker attack, system instability, network interruption, user shutdown, communication lines, etc., the service may be interrupted or the user's requirements cannot be met. Violin ELF does not guarantee that the Violin ELF service is suitable for the user's usage requirements.
6.1.3 Since the client and other software provided by Violin ELF can be downloaded and disseminated through the network, Violin ELF cannot guarantee whether the software related to Violin ELF services downloaded from official sites not designated by Violin ELF or obtained from channels not designated by Violin ELF. Infection with computer viruses, whether there are hidden camouflaged Trojan programs and other hacking software, and also do not assume any legal responsibility for all direct or indirect damages suffered by users.
6.1.4 Violin ELF does not make any guarantees related to Violin ELF service, product safety, reliability, timeliness and performance.
6.1.5 Violin ELF does not guarantee that any products, services or other materials it provides meet the user's expectations.
6.2 The user shall bear the risk of using any information downloaded or obtained through the Violin ELF service, and the user shall be fully responsible for the damage to the user's computer system or the loss of data due to such use.
6.3 For the loss of profits, business reputation, data or other tangible or intangible losses caused by the following reasons, Violin ELF shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, derivative or punitive damages:
6.3.1 All or part of the Violin ELF service is unavailable;
6.3.3 Unauthorized use or modification of User Data;
6.3.4 Other matters related to Violin ELF service.
6.4 Users should keep their account numbers and passwords properly, strengthen password security, and beware of account leakage or theft. Violin ELF shall not be liable for compensation for any loss caused by the disclosure or theft of the user account. If the user loses or reduces the account and the property in the account due to the communication line failure of the telecommunications and China Netcom departments, network or computer failure, system instability, force majeure (such as server downtime) , Violin ELF is not responsible for compensation etc.
6.5 The user understands and agrees to freely choose to download and use the Violin ELF service for free at your own risk, including but not limited to the user's behavior during the use of the Violin ELF service and all the consequences arising from the use of the Violin ELF service. The user shall be solely responsible for any damage to the computer system or loss of data, etc. caused by downloading or using the service.
6.6 If the user's account and property in the account are lost or reduced due to untrue authentication information and cannot be retrieved, Violin ELF shall not bear any legal responsibility.
7. Change, Interruption, Termination of Service
7.1 You understand and agree that based on the adjustment of business strategy, Violin ELF may change the service content, and may also interrupt, suspend or terminate the service.
7.2 You understand and agree that, in the event of a merger, division, acquisition, or asset transfer of Violin ELF, Violin ELF may transfer the relevant assets under this service to a third party; Violin ELF may, after unilaterally notify you, transfer some or all of the assets under this Agreement. The service and the corresponding rights and obligations are transferred to the third party to operate or perform.
7.3 You understand and agree that if you violate the laws and regulations, this agreement and other rules, social morality, public order and good customs and/or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others when you use the services of Violin ELF, Violin ELF has the right to unilaterally without notice. Interrupt or terminate the provision of all or part of the Services to you.
7.4 You understand and agree that if you violate laws and regulations, social morality, public order and good morals, and/or infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others, and thus affect or may affect the reputation, reputation or other legitimate rights and interests of Violin ELF and/or others, Violin ELF will The right to unilaterally interrupt or terminate the provision of all or part of the services to you without notice.
7.5 After Violin ELF terminates providing services to you, it has the right to delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws, and also has the right to continue to save your other information stored on our platform in accordance with the period and method prescribed by law. content and information.
8. Cancellation
8.1 The user has the right to apply for account cancellation to Violin ELF, and you can cancel your account by contacting Violin ELF customer service (except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, this agreement or other Violin ELF rules).
8.2 Special reminder: After you cancel the Violin ELF account, you will no longer be able to log in and use all Violin ELF products and services as well as the service content of products and services in cooperation with third parties, and Violin ELF will also be terminated under this account. To provide you with our various products and services will inevitably bring inconvenience to your after-sales rights protection. And once the Violin ELF account is cancelled, it cannot be recovered. Please consider carefully before canceling.
8.3 If you are sure that you need to cancel your Violin ELF account, you have fully understood and confirmed that the UID still exists after the account is cancelled, but you will no longer have the rights and interests related to the account, including but not limited to:
8.3.1 After the account is cancelled, you will no longer be able to log in with the account and use all products and services of Violin ELF;
8.3.2 After the account is cancelled, all the content, information, data and records of all products and services you have used to log in through this account will be deleted or anonymized, and you will no longer be able to search, access, obtain , use and retrieval, including but not limited to: account information, binding information, etc.;
8.3.3 After the account is cancelled, the transaction records of the account will be cleared and cannot be recovered;
8.3.4 After the account is cancelled, Violin ELF has the right to no longer provide users with any account-related services;
8.3.5 You agree to give up the rights and future expected benefits that have been generated but not consumed by the account during the use of the products and services of Violin ELF by canceling the account. Violin ELF will clear all the rights and interests under the account, including but not limited to: your unexpired membership rights, various coupons you have not used, and your various products and/or services in Violin ELF products and/or services. Identity rights, unexpired online service content that you have purchased in various products and/or services of Violin ELF, other rights that have been generated but not exhausted or future expected benefits.
8.4 Before you apply to us to cancel your Violin ELF account, in order to protect your account security and property rights, you need to check and ensure that the account you apply for cancellation meets the following conditions, including but not limited to:
8.4.1 The account is the account registered by the user through official channels and conforms to this agreement and relevant regulations; and it is your own member account;
8.4.2 Perform the cancellation operation according to the cancellation process required by the customer service;
8.4.3 The account is in a safe state, including: not in the state of applying for a password or modifying a mobile phone number; no unresolved (being) complaints or reports; other unsafe/abnormal states;
8.4.4 There are no unfinished transactions in the account;
8.4.5 If the account has opened the "Continuous Monthly/Seasonally/Annually" service, you have cancelled the service by yourself;
8.4.6 Other conditions to be met.
8.5 If you have fully read and understood the contents of Articles 8.2 and 8.3, and confirmed that you have met all the conditions of Article 8.4, you can apply to customer service for account cancellation. Customer service will review the security status of your account and the use of your related products and services, and comprehensively judge whether your account meets the conditions.
8.6 Once the Violin ELF account is cancelled, the relevant user agreement and other rights and obligations documents you have signed with us will be terminated accordingly (except for those that have been agreed to continue to take effect or otherwise provided by law). At the same time, you know and agree that: even if your account is cancelled, it does not reduce or exempt you from the relevant responsibilities that you should bear in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, relevant agreements, rules, etc. (may be) during the agreement period.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1 Violin ELF pays attention to the protection of users' personal information and personal privacy. Personal information refers to all kinds of information recorded electronically or in other ways that can identify the identity of a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person alone or in combination with other information. When you download, install, start, browse, register, log in, and use Violin ELF's products and/or services, Violin ELF will handle and protect your personal information in accordance with the "Violin ELF Privacy Policy" published on the platform. You can carefully read and fully understand the full text of the "Violin ELF Privacy Policy", and when necessary, make the choices you deem appropriate in accordance with the guidelines of the " Violin ELF Privacy Policy".

10. Minor Clause
10.1 Violin ELF attaches great importance to the protection of young adults. If you are a minor, you should read this agreement under the supervision and guidance of your legal guardian, and use the products and/or services of Violin ELF after obtaining the consent of your legal guardian.
10.2 Legal guardians should guide their children on the security issues that should be paid attention to when surfing the Internet, and prevent problems before they occur.
10.3 For the privacy protection of minors, Violin ELF will strictly follow the methods and methods described in the “Violin ELF Privacy Policy” published on the platform.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 The entry into force, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. This clause is partially invalid due to its conflict with the current laws of the People's Republic of China, and does not affect the validity of other parts. Both parties agree that when resolving disputes, the latest version of the "Violin ELF User Agreement" agreed to by you shall prevail.
11.2 If there is any dispute over the content of this agreement or its implementation, it shall be resolved through friendly negotiation as far as possible; if the negotiation fails, all parties to the dispute agree to submit the dispute to Beijing Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its arbitration rules. The arbitral award is final and legally binding on all parties.
11.3 For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise agreed in writing to the contrary, the legal application and jurisdiction clauses of this article shall be effective and applicable to this Agreement and other Violin ELF rules, including their amendments, supplements and updates.
12. Amendment and notice of agreement
12.1 Violin ELF has the right to revise this agreement and publish the revised agreement in accordance with changes in national policies, technical conditions, product functions and other needs.
12.2 Once the aforementioned content is officially released, Violin ELF will remind you of the updated content in appropriate ways (including but not limited to pop-up windows, emails, site letters, website announcements, etc.), so that you can keep abreast of the latest version of this agreement.
12.3 You know that the title and title of each chapter of this agreement are for convenience and reading only, and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of any clause in the text.
12.4 The revised content will constitute an integral part of this agreement, and you should abide by it. If you have any objection to the revised agreement, please stop logging in and using the Violin ELF and related services immediately. If you log in or continue to use the Violin ELF and related services, it is deemed that you have fully read, understood and accepted the updated agreement. and willing to be bound by this updated agreement.
